Policies and Pricing
Bella Siberian Cats requires a $300 non-refundable deposit for each kitten. The first to make a deposit has first choice to select a kitten, and so on, so the earlier you place your deposit, the better.
If you place your deposit before the litter is born and we do not have the sex you reserved for, we will refund your deposit or place it for the next litter, whichever you prefer.​​​

You may pay via check (cleared before receiving kitten), direct deposit, Venmo, Zelle or PayPal (add 3%).
Returned checks will be assessed a $45 fee.

You may not breed a Bella Siberian cat without express written permission from Bella Siberian Cat.
Remedies include repossession of cat and any resulting kittens,
and/or compensation of any monies collected for kittens or breeding.

We reserve the right to stop any transaction at our discretion.
In that case, your deposit will be refunded, less a $45 service fee.
If a kitten is not being cared for properly, Bella Siberian Cat reserves the right to repossess it.
If for any reason you choose not to keep the kitten, we will take it back. No refund will be offered.

We strive to place our Siberian kittens in loving, able homes. If you live within or are willing
to travel to an area on the map below, we are willing to meet you with your kitten.
We charge $86/hour (a one-way hour, including gas) plus $180 for any drive over 5 1/2 hours.
(Travel fees cannot be refunded if you do not accept the kitten.
With gas prices so much in flux, these fees may change without notice.)
Example:
Seattle is 1 1/2 hours away. Our fee would be $86 x 1.5 hours = $129.00

CARE CONTRACT
I agree to provide all grooming, vaccinations, deworming and medical care, to spay/neuter my kitten on or before (s)he reaches 12 months of age, and to provide the legitimate veterinary proof of neuter/spay to receive TICA registration information. I further agree not to remove claws.

Seller's Guarantee:
Our kittens have been examined and deemed healthy. They have had their first shots and have been dewormed. Bella Siberian Cat will provide a replacement kitten (within 12 months) if within its first year there is a licensed veterinarian-verified terminal or acute genetic disease/abnormality. We will accept the return of any kitten, but no refund will be given.
I understand that it is safer for my cat to live strictly indoors, and have read the information on Bella Siberian Cats' website about feeding, toxic foods, the elements and other care. I agree to have my kitten/cat seen by my licensed veterinarian within five business days of receiving them. By signing below, I agree to the Buyer's Responsibilities. I accept all terms and conditions of this contract. I further understand that if I do not provide adequate care, the kitten/cat may be returned to the Bella Siberian Cat Cattery with no compensation.
